The Wilson Kennedy arrived from Plymouth to Sydney in 1852, with 481 immigrants. My ancestor Maria Burdett was on board, one of the many single women who were being assisted to reach Australia by the government of the time. I have a copy of one page of the original immigration list, which provides more detail than the passenger list does, so for about 20 names you will note more detail than most.
